We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the planning implementation and execution of Sales and Marketing initiatives across Elysium Noosa Cibaria Noosa and Bar Capri.
This is a hands-on coordination-focused role responsible for supporting Sales & Marketing plans and activities to enhance and maximise the profile of the Elysium Noosa brand drive revenue build guest loyalty and elevate the overall guest experience.
Working closely with internal stakeholders Accor teams and external partners this role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career within luxury hospitality and lifestyle marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and events team by preparing and delivering event handover to conference & event co-coordinators and ensure accuracy of information and effectively communicate handover to clients
- Support updates to website content and copy
- Monitor and update the hotels online content including OLTAs third party sites
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of an annual promotional plan for Resort
- Liaise with the senior management corporate office and suppliers as required
- Creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures flyers and sales kits utilising digital tools including Canva In-design or similar
- Ensure sales and marketing reports and databases are accurate and kept up to-date
- Maintain photography and video image library
- Assist the Director of Commercial with specified projects relating to Sales Marketing Communication PR & Events
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications :
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Advanced administrative capability with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient with design tools including Canva and In-design
- Creative service-oriented mindset with a passion for hotel operations
- Strong communication negotiation relationship-building and networking skills
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence
- High personal integrity with an entrepreneurial energetic and proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage team members at all levels
- Effective team contributor who can also work independently with initiative
