Job Summary
Keep one of North Queenslands leading shopping centres running safely efficiently and seamlessly.
Caneland Central part of Sentinel Property Groups national retail portfolio is seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day operational performance of the Centre.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring the Centre is safe well-presented compliant and operating efficiently for retailers customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Team in maintaining centre safety compliance and presentation standards
- Conduct regular inspections of building plant and common areas
- Assist with contractor management inductions permits and compliance documentation
- Raise purchase orders and service orders process invoices and track operational expenditure
- Maintain asset risk contractor and incident registers
- Support tenancy delivery fit-out coordination and retailer operational requests
- Assist with audits emergency response planning and incident reporting
- Participate in duty manager shifts and emergency procedures as required
What Were Looking For
- Strong administrative organisational and time-management skills
- Experience in operations facilities property or shopping centre environments (preferred)
- Sound financial acumen with experience in purchase orders invoicing and budget tracking
- High level of computer literacy (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat)
- Confident communicator able to liaise with contractors retailers and stakeholders
- Calm solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
