About the Role

Were looking for a Customer Claims Advisor to support the management of various portfolios within Motor Claims including SVA Natural Hazards and Working Loss claims.

While not directly leading these portfolios the Advisor plays a key role in performance monitoring operational support and process improvement helping drive positive outcomes for both our customers and business.

Youll work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver results strengthen stakeholder relationships and support reporting activities that inform the Manager and broader Motor Claims team.

What Youll Do

Provide Technical Support

  • Apply technical knowledge to ensure quality decisions and consistent outcomes.
  • Maintain awareness of business processes and systems to provide informed input.

Monitor and Analyse Performance

  • Assist in interpreting data to identify patterns anomalies and improvement opportunities across claims portfolios.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and dashboards to inform next steps in portfolio management.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Support initiatives that enhance portfolio health workforce effectiveness and process efficiency.
  • Document findings recommendations and actions resulting from SME reviews or data insights.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders both onshore and offshore.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to cross-team initiatives that support operational goals.

About You

  • Analytical and collaborative professional who enjoys problem-solving improving processes and supporting others to succeed.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment leveraging data to make informed decisions and building strong relationships across teams.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise work independently.
  • Adaptable detail-oriented and comfortable in a continuously changing environment.
  • Strong customer service focus with a commitment to quality and timely outcomes.
  • Skilled in problem solving and identifying root causes to drive improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and confident with reporting tools.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed.
