This role would oversee and manage the implementation of Extra-Low Voltage systems in construction projects. This would include coordinating with stakeholders ensuring compliance with design specifications and delivering projects on time.
- Plan coordinate and supervise the installation and commissioning of ELV systems on construction sites.
- Review and interpret ELV system designs drawings and technical specifications.
- Liaise with consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines costs and quality.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELV systems.
- Ensure all ELV installations comply with local regulations and international standards.
- Support testing commissioning and handover processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in ELV systems and construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV access control fire alarm PA BMS etc.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g. NFPA BS IEC).
- Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
