Job Description:
Brand and Category Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute long-term category strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive threats.
Product Portfolio Management:
Oversee the lifecycle of products within the category
Drive innovation and new product development in collaboration with and other stakeholder teams.
P&L Ownership:
Manage category budgets pricing and profitability.
Monitor and improve gross margins and cost structures.
Go-to-Market Execution:
Collaborate with sales supply chain and other stakeholder to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
Define and implement channel-specific strategies.
Consumer & Market Insights:
Leverage consumer research and data analytics to guide decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Assistant brand managers and executives
Foster a culture of performance innovation and collaboration.
