Position: Manager – Finance & Accounts
Experience: *Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance / Banking / NBFC industry
Salary: 12LPA (Negotiable)
Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA) .

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee budgets forecasts and financial strategies to support business goals.
* Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines statutory filings and regulatory requirements specific to NBFCs.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations risk management and accounting principles.
* Treasury and Cash Flow: Manage day-to-day cash flows optimize fund utilization and oversee loan disbursements and collections.
* Prepare accurate financial statements MIS reports and insights for board presentations and decision-making.
* Manage internal and external audits while ensuring full compliance with financial policies.
