Job Summary

Company Overview:

Established in 2011 is a leading engineering consultancy firm specializing in project management and Quantity Surveyor and civil engineering services within the construction industry. With a presence across Maharashtra they are expanding its operations pan- India.

Job Title: Project Manager

(English Communication is Mandatory)

Location: Pune/Nashik

Experience: 8-15 Years Construction: Industry

Salary Range : Negotiable

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1- Plan execute and manage civil construction projects from start to finish.

2- Prepare project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans.

3- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to architectural and structural drawings.

4-Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.

5-Should have Knowledge of MEP work execution & Billing.

6-Enforce HSE compliance and promote a culture of safety and quality on site.

7-Monitor progress quality safety and cost control at all project stages

8- Conduct regular site visits and review meetings to resolve technical issues

9- Maintain project documentation including DPRs billing and BOQs

10- Ensure timely approvals material procurement and compliance with regulatory norms.

11-Report project status to management and stakeholders at regular intervals.

12- Supervision project work from Civil stage at commencement to commissioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)/ B.E. Civil Engineering.

Experience:

812 years of experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE): 1215 years of experience (minimize at least 23 years of experience on industrial construction projects)

Strong knowledge of construction methods project planning tools and quality standards.

Proficient in MS Project AutoCAD and MS Office.

Good understanding of MEP works and billing

Excellent leadership coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Other Information

Experience of Industrial projects Should have knowledge of MEP works also
