Sourcing & Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners brokers investors and buyers
Source suitable real estate properties aligned with company objectives
Arrange and manage site visits for channel partners and prospective buyers
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct market research to track property trends pricing and demand
Monitor competitor activity and industry developments
Provide market insights to support sales strategy and business planning
Deal Closure & Execution:
Manage the complete deal closure lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams including sales legal and finance
Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth transactions
