Job Summary
Position: Regional Manager
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: Candidates with 12-15 years of NBFC/BFSI experience. Experience of similar field is preferred. Candidates should be willing to relocate if required
Salary: 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive regional profitability and revenue targets
* Implement and monitor regional business strategies
* Lead and review Area & Cluster Managers’ performance
* Manage branch operations and staff deployment
* Identify new markets and support branch expansion
* Plan and execute promotional activities
* Recruit develop and retain high-performing teams
* Build strong client relationships for new business
* Control costs and improve operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with company processes ethics and values
