- Manage record and maintain all transaction data contracts and related trading documentation.
- Perform data entry validation and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Trading Finance and Operations to support trade execution and contract management.
- Analyze trading data and assist in P&L reconciliation for accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and update market and trading performance reports to support traders in pricing and strategic analysis.
- Create data visualizations and presentations to support management and commercial teams.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in data processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in data management trading commodities or related industries (fresh graduates with strong analytical and logical skills are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail logical thinking and critical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas Power Query macros preferred); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Basic understanding of P&L and accounting concepts.
- Strong initiative curiosity and willingness to learn independently.
- Good teamwork coordination and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
