About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Business Development Executive to drive growth for our TIC services in Indonesia. You will be based in Jakarta and will play a key role in expanding our client base across the mineral and coal sectors while ensuring strong relationships and service delivery

This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical-commercial background and a deep understanding of Indonesias industrial and mining landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Actively generate new business in Indonesia for TIC services related to minerals and coal.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.

Meet and exceed business targets through strategic client acquisition and retention.

Ensure 100% service delivery by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.

Conduct regular visits to key industrial clients in power plants cement mining and steel sectors.

Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and reporting.

Develop cost-effective value-added service offerings to meet client needs

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a business development role within the TIC industry or a closely related field (e.g. mining services commodity inspection industrial testing).

Skills & Abilities:

Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.

Strong network and understanding of Indonesias mineral/coal value chain.
