Job Summary

Key Responsabilities:

  • Identify prospect and develop new clients for certification services across targeted industries (manufacturing oil & gas services logistics etc.).

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing certification clients to secure renewals upselling and cross-selling additional schemes.

  • Conduct client visits presentations and technical-commercial discussions to understand needs and propose appropriate certification solutions.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations proposals and contracts in line with company pricing and commercial policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities activities and outcomes in the company CRM and prepare regular sales reports/forecasts.

  • Coordinate closely with operations planning and technical teams to ensure proper handover project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends competitors and regulatory/standard development related to certification services and propose appropriate business actions.

  • Represent the company at client meetings seminars exhibitions and industry events to promote certification services and brand image.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue margin number of new accounts) and other KPIs set by the Certification Manager / Country Chief.

  • Uphold Bureau Veritas values and Code of Ethics in all commercial activities and interactions with customers and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Management or related field; background in Industrial Mechanical Environmental or similar is an advantage for certification business
  • 25 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in TIC (Testing Inspection Certification) consulting training or B2B services.

  • Exposure to management system certification (ISO-based schemes) or related solutions is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing B2B customer accounts.
