Program Support: Assist the project chair in planning organizing and executing all WiT Project activities including workshops training sessions and events.
Task Coordination: Manage and track tasks assigned to committee members and project leads ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Monitoring and Accountability: Monitor progress of initiatives and ensure alignment with program timelines and standards.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare periodic reports and presentations on progress and outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster strategic partnerships.
Event Management: Coordinate logistics for events including venue materials and attendance management.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of activities budgets and outcomes.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with TGI Group policies and ethical standards.
Employee Engagement & Relations Support (HR Function)
Support in driving engagement initiatives such as wellness campaigns staff appreciation activities town halls and pulse engagement check-ins.
Assist with grievance logging and resolution follow-up escalating serious cases to HRBP where required while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Coordinate feedback channels (surveys open forums employee feedback tools) to gauge employee sentiment and culture health.
Act as a listening post for employee concerns directing them through appropriate support channels.
Facilitate employee recognition initiatives in alignment with TGI values.
Maintain documentation of engagement activities staff feedback and resolutions for leadership reporting.
Promote a culture of respect inclusion and accountability in the business.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Gender Studies or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project coordination HR support or related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to monitor and enforce accountability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana).
Experience with HRIS tools is an advantage.
