Job Summary:
The Director of Sales - Aerospace will be responsible for leading our sales efforts within the aerospace engineering service sector. This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in sales management deep industry knowledge and exceptional leadership skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies cultivating key relationships and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering services sales leadership roles within the aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Deep understanding of aerospace products services technologies and customer needs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
