Aspire Health is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for patients caregivers and internal partners. Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls emails and online inquiries professionally

Assist patients and clients with general questions services and scheduling

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm empathetic approach

Accurately document all interactions in internal systems

Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Provide consistent high-quality customer support
Qualifications

Must currently reside in the United States
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
1 year of customer service experience preferred

Healthcare or call center experience is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Basic computer and data entry skills
