Job Summary

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Financial Crimes Operations (FCO) Operations Strategy & Change Delivery (OSCD) team. The Operations Strategy & Change Delivery team drives change across Financial Crimes Operations by providing change management support to strategic operational process procedure and technology-driven changes.


In this role you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize plan and execute a variety of programs services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives limit risk exposure and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data gathering applying creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring understanding of business groups functional area or products facilitate decision making and issue resolution and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Lead and coordinate regulatory change management across FCO and provide timely updates to leadership
  • Track and report on progress throughout the change management lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Business Partners Frontline Control Financial Crimes IRM and Audit to drive consistent change execution
  • Document decisions and maintain audit-ready change records
  • Ensure operational readiness for change implementation in partnership with FCO stakeholders
  • Evaluate change impacts across processes stakeholders and business groups with an enterprise-wide perspective
  • Influence guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group


Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Required Qualifications for Europe Middle East & Africa only:

  • Experience in Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze Financial Crimes Operations processes and articulate long-term vision
  • Background in project management internal controls risk functions (e.g. audit regulatory issue management) or consulting
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to simplify complex topics for executive audience
  • Skilled in developing and tracking performance metrics
  • Experience supporting regulatory enforcement actions or financial crimes initiatives
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Collaborative partner across business and functional areas
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Build strong stakeholder partnerships across lines of defense
  • Connect topics across the organization to assess end-to-end impact
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear actionable messaging

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$119000.00 - $206000.00
