The Data Analytics & CRM Lead will be in charge of coming up with putting into action and improving data analytics and customer relationship management projects. This job includes making sure that analytics tools are used correctly to drive business growth and improve customer engagement as well as overseeing data-driven decision-making and designing CRM workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and carry out the companys data analytics and CRM plans to help the business reach its goals.
Be in charge of designing setting up and improving CRM systems and analytics platforms.
Work with teams from different departments (like marketing sales IT and customer service) to figure out what analytics and CRM needs you have.
Make sure that the processes for collecting cleaning and validating data are done correctly to keep the data accurate and complete.
Look at customer data and come up with useful insights that can help shape business plans.
Make and keep up dashboards reports and KPIs for the top management.
Make sure you follow the rules and best practices for data privacy.
Give training to your internal teams on how to use the CRM and analytics systems.
Always look at and use new technologies tools and methods to improve analytics capabilities.
Necessary Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in data science computer science statistics business or a related field (a masters degree is better).
More than five years of experience in data analysis CRM management or similar jobs
Proven knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics
Being able to use data analysis tools and languages like SQL Python R Tableau and PowerBI
A good understanding of data governance data privacy laws and best practices
Great skills in leadership communication and getting along with others
Showed that they could turn business needs into technical solutions
Pay per year: $115000 to $160000.
