We want to hire an experienced Solution Strategy & Design Consultant to work with us. The best candidate will lead client engagements by creating strategic scalable solutions that meet business goals and connect business needs with technical execution. This job needs someone who can think analytically design well and work well with others.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery workshops to get business requirements process flows and stakeholder feedback.
Look at the current state of things and come up with plans for how things will be in the future.
Create detailed solution design documentation that includes user journeys functional specifications data models and integration maps.
Work with teams from different departments like product engineering operations and UX to make sure that strategy and delivery are in sync.
Make strategic suggestions that improve cost performance scalability and the user experience.
Present solution proposals to senior leadership and client stakeholders explaining why they are valuable.
Help with planning the implementation by making roadmaps governance models and plans for reducing risk.
Be a thought leader on new technologies industry trends and best practices that are important to your clients fields.
Help junior consultants learn and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in business administration information technology computer science engineering or a related field is required. It is best to have an advanced degree like an MBA or an M.S.
More than five years of experience in management consulting business analysis enterprise architecture or solution strategy.
A history of delivering solution designs in complicated enterprise-grade settings such as ERP CRM and digital transformation.
Strong skills in gathering requirements modeling processes (like BPMN) and building solution architectures (like TOGAF and Zachman).
Great at talking and writing and has experience giving presentations to high-level audiences.
Ability to work with many different people and get things done on time while doing a good job.
You must live in the U.S. to apply; applications from outside the U.S. will not be considered.
Pay: The annual salary range is $115000 to $150000 depending on experience skills and where you live.
