About the Role:

• Procurement Strategy:Develop implement and optimize procurement strategies aligned with C&Ws goals and objections.

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Source new suppliers evaluate capabilities identify suitable solutions and work with TDS and Corporate Category Managers to award contracts.

• Cost Control: Analyze procurement data monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service.

• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance processes workflows and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Contract Management:Draft review and negotiate contracts and other business documents including adherence to company policy compliance and legal requirements.

About You:

• Bachelors degree in Business or a related field is required.

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices sourcing and vendor management.

• Experience in contract negotiation and management including English language. Prior experience working in a shared services environment is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with robust global cultural awareness. Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of procurement globally.
