- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process guide a team of recruiters and ensure timely hiring aligned with business requirements.
- Focuses on strategic hiring team performance stakeholder coordination and process improvement.
- Actively source and attract talent using professional networks job boards social media linkedin and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Create and execute initiatives to promote the company's brand and culture to attract top talent.
- Develop and refine screening processes review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and to define selection criteria.
- Manage the onboarding process to integrate new employees into the organization effectively.
- Utilize data-driven insights and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to monitor and improve hiring practices manage candidate data and generate reports.
