Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President – Sales to lead and drive regional sales operations for our real estate portfolio. The role requires strong leadership strategic planning and hands-on experience in managing large sales teams across an entire region.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with business goals
Lead mentor and manage entire regional sales teams
Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets
Oversee sales forecasting budgeting and performance tracking
Establish and strengthen channel partner and broker networks
Monitor market trends competition and pricing strategies
Collaborate with marketing CRM and project teams for campaign success
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales leadership
Proven track record in regional sales management
Strong expertise in sales strategy team handling and business growth
Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work with rotational week offs
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience managing multi-project or multi-location sales teams
Strong understanding of local and regional real estate markets
Immediate or short notice period preferred
