- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost quality and efficiency
- Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Prepare and manage purchase orders in line with budget and operational needs
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with business goals
- Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and organizational procurement policies
- Maintain accurate records of purchases contracts and supplier performance
- Assess and mitigate risks in the procurement process
- Stay updated on market trends pricing and new supply sources
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency
Key Skills:
- 2-3 years of experiece in a similar role
- Profieicient with Pastel
- Clean class 4 drivers licence
