Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our clients team.

Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost quality and efficiency
Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms
Prepare and manage purchase orders in line with budget and operational needs
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels
Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues
Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with business goals
Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and organizational procurement policies
Maintain accurate records of purchases contracts and supplier performance
Assess and mitigate risks in the procurement process
Stay updated on market trends pricing and new supply sources
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency

Key Skills:

2-3 years of experiece in a similar role
Profieicient with Pastel
Clean class 4 drivers licence

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Procurement/Supply Chain
