Were looking for a Client Relationship Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless staffing this role youll be the main point of contact for our clients ensuring that every placement onboarding and engagement runs smoothly from start to finish.
About the Role:
As a Client Relationship Manager youll act as the bridge between clients and our internal recruitment teams. Youll oversee the client experience from placement to onboarding ensuring that both clients and deployed staff are fully supported and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client onboarding ensuring new clients have a seamless start from contract handover to first placement.
Provide proactive account management and ongoing support maintaining regular communication with active clients.
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure high-quality staffing delivery and service consistency.
Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback or testimonials to highlight success stories.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within active accounts.
Reconnect with previous clients to explore new staffing opportunities and rebuild relationships.
Track key account metrics (e.g. retention fill rates satisfaction scores) and provide reports to management.
Act as a client advocate internally ensuring their needs are represented and met.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Sales Customer Service Account Management or Client Services ideally in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS tools (e.g. Bullhorn Zoho Recruit Salesforce) is an advantage.
