Job Title: Head of Sales

Role Overview
As Head of Sales you will lead our commercial growth. You will be responsible for driving revenue leading the sales team and overseeing marketing and PR functions to support pipeline generation customer acquisition and market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Lead coach and manage the regional sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Own full-funnel sales operations lead generation to deal closure.
- Oversee marketing and PR efforts to align messaging with sales and product goals.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for sales marketing and PR teams.
- Expand sales channels and partnerships across hospitals clinics government and insurers.
- Collaborate closely with product and customer success to feed user insights back into Go-To-Market strategy.
- Drive market expansion plans with clear revenue and engagement metrics.
- Report on performance forecasts and market intelligence to the executive team
Qualifications
- 5 years in B2B sales leadership preferably in SaaS healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven success in building and managing distributed sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
- Experience managing marketing and PR teams or cross-functional Go-To-Market efforts
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong CRM and sales ops skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
