Synergie Australia is seeking a Facilities Works Officer for a reputable non-profit organisation in Perth.
The important parts:
- Initially a 6-month temp role with potential for permanent placement for the right person.
- Immediate Start
- Flex hours over 75-hour fortnight
What youll be required to do:
The role will focus on office fit outs end-of-lease reinstatement works new building commissioning leased site fit outs and staff relocations.
To be successful you will:
- Scope estimate procure and deliver construction and maintenance projects.
- Prepare and manage annual capital works/maintenance budgets.
- Oversee contractor compliance including licenses qualifications and tenders.
- Maintain accurate project records regarding time cost and quality.
- Liaise with stakeholders consultants contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with OHS legislation building codes and company policies.
- Provide regular progress budget and risk reports.
You need to have:
- Relevant construction qualification and experience.
- Strong procurement and contract administration skills.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- In-depth knowledge of OHS legislation and WA building codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work autonomously under deadlines.
- A valid C-class license.
