Key responsibilities:

• Processing data accuracy and method retention skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to make collection calls while representing the business and negotiating a promise to pay.
• The ability to follow up both with client and Internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.
• The ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
• Strong ability to remain assertive and empathetic with customers.
• Processing credit applications.
• Managing your own portfolio of national clients
• Managing and maintaining aged debtor accounts
• Cash flow forecasting for reporting purposes

What Youll Bring

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• An exemplary telephone manner
• High level attention to detail
• Excellent time management to be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficiency in desktop applications such as Outlook Word and Excel
• Experience working with a variety of debtor systems
• Oracle experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A basic knowledge of accounting
