Key responsibilities:
- Processing data accuracy and method retention skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to make collection calls while representing the business and negotiating a promise to pay.
- The ability to follow up both with client and Internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.
- The ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
- Strong ability to remain assertive and empathetic with customers.
- Processing credit applications.
- Managing your own portfolio of national clients
- Managing and maintaining aged debtor accounts
- Cash flow forecasting for reporting purposes
What Youll Bring
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- An exemplary telephone manner
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent time management to be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proficiency in desktop applications such as Outlook Word and Excel
- Experience working with a variety of debtor systems
- Oracle experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A basic knowledge of accounting
