Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production plans ensuring optimal use of manpower machinery and materials.
- Monitor process quality and coordinate with QC for inspections.
- Enforce safety protocols PPE usage and maintain high housekeeping standards in the plant.
- Supervise and train operators on processes and equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports.
- Coordinate raw material requirements with the supply chain.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of physical inventory with ERP records to maintain compliance.
- Achieve and sustain a First Time Pass (FTP) ratio above 98%.
- Oversee and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant machinery to minimize downtime in line with target KPIs.
Key Requirements:
- 24 years in manufacturing (construction chemicals preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong process knowledge and equipment handling skills.
- Good leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards (ISO 5S etc.)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Materials Science or related discipline.
