Job Summary

Overview
The Senior Finance Executive plays a key role in managing and overseeing the financial activities of the organization ensuring that all financial operations are efficient accurate and compliant with regulations. This role involves preparing financial reports analyzing financial performance budgeting forecasting and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. The Senior Finance Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive financial performance across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare review and analyze financial statements reports and budgets.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and areas for cost reduction.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans forecasts and strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting principles and internal controls.
Support the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Monitor and manage cash flow ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial data.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
Prepare financial models and analysis to support business initiatives investments and projects.
Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (Masters degree or professional certification preferred).
Proven experience as a finance professional with a strong understanding of financial management reporting and analysis.
Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial data management.
