Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Account Executive to manage accounting and administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong ERP skills hands-on accounting experience and excellent English communication to support daily financial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial records

Manage and update data in ERP systems

Prepare invoices vouchers and basic financial reports

Maintain accurate records of expenses payments and receivables

Support administrative tasks related to accounts and office operations

Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and reporting

Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting-related activities
Requirements

13 years of experience in accounting or administrative accounts role

Strong ERP system knowledge and hands-on experience

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Communication skills will be considered an added advantage

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field
