Position Summary:
Data Extraction Executive will be responsible for extracting and managing high-quality sales data using tools like ZoomInfo Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation data validation and CRM management to support sales team in identifying potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and verify accurate sales lead using ZoomInfo Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Perform data mining cleaning and validation to ensure high-quality leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM with extracted contact details and relevant insights.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide targeted lead lists based on business requirements.
- Identify key decision-makers and collect their contact details for outreach.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and best practices.
- Generate report on data extraction efficiency and lead conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field would be preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in data extraction lead generation or sales operations.
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc.)
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify high-quality leads.
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple data extraction tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales and market research techniques.
- Hand-on experience with automation tools extraction tools.
- Experience of working in IT or technology bases sales team.
- Experience of working with FMCG would be plus.
