- 13 years of experience in marketing customer service or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing analytics is a plus.
