Revenue Generation: Oversee the sales function to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to inform commercial planning and decision-making.
Team Management: Lead mentor and develop high-performing sales marketing and business development teams.
Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage commercial budgets forecasts and financial reports.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients stakeholders and strategic partners.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development operations finance and executive leadership to ensure seamless delivery of commercial initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure commercial practices comply with legal regulatory and ethical standards.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and the board on commercial performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or related field.
2 years of relevant experience in commercial leadership sales or business development roles.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in a similar industry.
Strong leadership negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical organizational and decision-making abilities.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and large budgets.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Hourly Pay Rate:
Range: $80 - $150 per hour (Equivalent to $160000 $300000 annually depending on experience industry and location.)
