Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee all nursing operations at our healthcare facility in Parkersburg WV. The DON is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care regulatory compliance staff leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead manage and support nursing staff and nurse managers
Ensure compliance with state federal and accreditation standards
Oversee clinical quality patient safety and performance improvement
Manage staffing scheduling and nursing budgets

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia
