Your Day-to-Day
- Lead and mentor a team of asset engineers overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis.
- Monitor solar PV systems via advanced platforms (e.g. VCOM NetSuite) to identify issues defects and optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshoot system faults and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Manage service inquiries warranty claims and supplier engagement for technical support and replacement parts.
- Oversee creation of service orders bills of materials and accurate documentation in NetSuite.
- Generate and present performance reports (monthly quarterly and annual) to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subcontractors clients and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with O&M contracts inspections and regulatory requirements (including LGC submissions).
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelors degree in engineering renewable energy or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience in solar asset management performance engineering or O&M.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems monitoring platforms (e.g. VCOM SCADA) and performance analysis tools (e.g. PVsyst NetSuite).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues manage service cases and oversee reporting requirements.
- Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills with experience liaising across suppliers subcontractors and clients.
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site in Eastwood Quezon City and amenable to a shifting schedule.
