We are looking for IT operations to join our Operations team.
The IT operations responsibilities include IT Procurement operations from purchase requisitions until payment.
This position requires well organized person understand IT domains and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Working closely with the IT managers to support their business needs.
- Owner of IT purchase requisition (PR) initiation process according to company policies and aligned with IT budget
- Follow up approval process until service received and invoiced
- Prepare status reports
- Point of contact to IT vendors on PR and payment status

Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience as procurement operations - Must. IT knowledge is an advantage
- A bachelors degree in business Administration or a related field - Must.
- Great interpersonal and Communication
- Understanding of business processes and technical background.
- Knowledge in advanced Excel. Working with ERP advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English Must.
