About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic BDE (IT) Intern who has basic knowledge of the IT industry and a strong interest in business development and client interaction. The intern will work closely with the sales and technical teams to support business growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and promote IT services such as website development software development mobile applications and digital solutions.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Identify client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions. - Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare basic reports on daily calling activities leads and follow-ups.
- Support the team in achieving business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry or educational background in IT/Computer Science/related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong client calling negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good people-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confident proactive and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel email communication and CRM tools is a plus.
