Executive Assistant (Remote Philippines)
Compensation: USD $1000/month
Schedule: Full-time 8:00 AM 4:00 PM PST
Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates only)
About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative operational and client support to our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys working across different functions and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and precision.
Youll be a key part of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations client communication and process efficiency while supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars schedule meetings across time zones and prioritize appointments effectively.
Serve as a point of contact for clients ensuring timely professional communication and exceptional customer experience.
Support customer success initiatives including follow-ups engagement tracking and identifying upsell opportunities.
Assist with internal coordination task tracking and project management to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain and update Salesforce records ensuring data accuracy and generating reports as needed.
Collaborate and communicate effectively via Slack and other internal tools.
Prepare reports meeting notes and client documentation.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant or in a client success or operations role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Slack (preferred).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana Trello or ClickUp.
Customer service and/or upselling experience is a strong plus.
Experience with website development or website management is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work 8:00 AM 4:00 PM PST.
