Synergie Australia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer for a leading organisation in the healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution industrylocated in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage debtor accounts and ensure payments are received within agreed terms.
Process receipts statements and reconciliations with accuracy.
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and disputed invoices.
Escalate overdue accounts and liaise with management on potential risks.
Maintain customer credit applications and records.

To be successful in the role you will have:

Proven accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Pronto.
A proactive and analytical approach.
