We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project/Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex initiatives across multinational environments. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope time budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective management of scope deadlines cost and quality.
- Develop implement and monitor project plans including execution communication risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure financial execution aligns with project delivery.
- Manage relationships and maintain clear assertive communication with all stakeholders.
- Prepare project reporting and management information to support decision-making.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Information Technology Software Electrical or Computer Engineering (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment.
- Strong critical thinking focused on resolving blockers and complex issues.
- Hands-on approach: actively participate in project execution to ensure successful delivery (go the extra mile).
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders with different visions and interests.
- Proven ability to unblock constraints and handle unforeseen issues by initiating parallel workstreams.
- Adaptability in dynamic fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Experience in project management within complex and multinational organizations.
