Job Summary
- Lead IAM projects as Scrum Master especially around SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Ensure consistent and high-quality project reporting (monthly project cards)
- Promote test coverage and quality assurance practices within the team
- Act as the local point of coordination for an offshore team ensuring smooth collaboration onboarding and performance tracking
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams stakeholders and management facilitating clear communication and alignment
- Management of others IT IAM security projects
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Business IT or related field
- Strong understanding of Identity Management Practices HR processes governance and privilege access management
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience managing projects for IAM
- Knowledge of one or more Identity Management Products (SailPoint IdentityIQ One Identity) is a plus
- Experience in a project for database encryption deployment is a plus
- Understanding of Windows and Linux Security is a plus
- Experience in PAM deployment like Cyberark- is a plus
