Assist in the configuration testing and deployment of business applications.
Support application lifecycle activities including documentation troubleshooting and user training.
Participate in requirements gathering and process analysis with business stakeholders.
Help maintain application data integrity and perform routine audits.
Contribute to reporting and dashboard development using internal tools.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Preferred Skills(at least 2): Power BI Service-Now Sharepoint PowerApps Basic Project Management. C# /Angular JS.
