IT Analyst
Location: New York City (In-Person)

About the Role
Vayner is looking for an IT Analyst to join our New York team and support employees with a
customer-first mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people has a strong
sense of urgency and takes pride in delivering a great support experience in a Mac-friendly
environment.
What Youll Do
Provide frontline IT support to employees in the NYC office
Deliver friendly patient and effective customer service
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac and PC environments
Support platforms including Okta Proofpoint Intune and Kandji
Support Google Workspace Zoom and Zoom Rooms
Assist with device setup onboarding and offboarding
Manage tickets with urgency and strong follow-through
Partner with IT Security and Operations teams
Document processes and best practices
What Were Looking For
Experience in an IT support or IT analyst role
Strong customer service skills with patience and professionalism
Clear sense of urgency and accountability
Comfortable supporting MacOS and Windows environments
Eager to learn new tools and technologies
Ability to work in-person from our NYC office
Nice to Have
Experience in a Mac-first environment
Background in a customer-facing technical role (Apple Genius Bar a plus)
Experience with security or identity tools
Experience supporting conference rooms and AV setups
Agency or fast-paced environment experience
