Responsibilities:
- Assisting in sourcing potential candidates for vacancies through vacancy adverts and recruitment agencies.
- Assessing candidate information and conducting first level screening of applications.
- Assisting in conducting background and reference checks.
- Organizing induction and on-boarding for new team members.
- Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems.
- Providing support to the Talent Manager and Line Managers in the implementation of the Performance Management process.
- Responsible for scheduling team members for relevant training.
- Assisting in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Assisting in tracking and reporting talent metrics.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Good planning and coordination skills.
- Honesty & integrity is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
