General Responsibility
Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing screening scheduling interviews and candidate coordination. Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility management housekeeping and pantry services
- Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and stationery
- Handle ID card issuance access control and employee travel arrangements

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to manage both HR and administrative responsibilities.
- Approachable team-oriented.
