Key Responsibilities Include:
CRM Administration
- Be key user and subject matter expert for North America Region working with global and local teams on implementation.
- Provide technical assistance to users manage user access and security roles and train staff on how to use the CRM platform.
- Maintain the accuracy and security of customer data within the CRM system a critical function for data-driven decision-making.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data sales performance and business trends.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with the CRM system acting as the primary point of contact for system-related problems.
- Work with various departments to understand their needs and ensure the CRM platform effectively supports their workflows and objectives.
- Integrate the information from existing tools to new CRM.
Document Administration
- Be the point of contact for customers to manage their portal entries and questions.
- Ensure all requirements are entered or uploaded to customer portals in a timely and accurate matter ensuring all requirements are met to promote customer relationships.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of documents formatting proofreading
Administrative
- Assist with administrative duties for office such as planning meals travel meeting coordination and events.
Financials
- Assist in forecasting aligned with growth targets and historical order data.
- Ensure data is accurate for financial reporting.
Stakeholder Management
- Promote a customer-first solution-oriented culture.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to collaborate with teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Engagement and Development
- Foster a collaborative accountable high-performance environment.
