Job Title: MS CRM Dynamics UXM

Summary

We are looking for an experienced MS CRM Dynamics UXM professional to lead user experience and interface design for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders functional consultants and developers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly CRM interfaces aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into UX designs.
Create wireframes prototypes and mockups for CRM workflows and dashboards.
Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met across all CRM modules.
Work closely with developers to implement and validate UX designs.
Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on latest UX trends and Dynamics CRM capabilities.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science Design or related field.
7 years of experience in UX design for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and customization.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma Adobe XD Sketch).
Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Knowledge of Copilot integration for Dynamics.

Work Site: Charlotte NC(Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months
