Job Summary

Role: Automotive Warranty Administrator

Location: Richmond VA

Shift: Mon - Fri 8 hour Shift

Type: Can work remote after training

Job Responsibility:

Working as part of the warranty team to initiate process and close warranty claims in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
Communicating with repair facilities vendors and customers via phone email and IM to process claims
Utilizing specific customer and vendor guides to meet each of their respective needs
Negotiating and paying warranty claims once complete
Developing relationships with vendors warranty teams
Making pre-install calls to technicians to provide part-specific installation guidelines
