Job Summary
Senior Project Manager Strategy & Project Portfolio Management
Join a collaborative and globally-minded team within Global Sales Excellence where we lead strategic transformation and drive operational impact. As a Senior Project Manager youll manage technical projects related to Go-to-Market tools (CRM CLM CPQ etc.) using hybrid methodologies (Kanban Scrum Agile) ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Youll also embed change management into every phase of the project lifecyclepartnering with diverse teams supporting smooth transitions and fostering adoption through inclusive communication and training strategies.
What Youll Do:
- Lead cross-functional technical projects across time zones.
- Apply agile and formal project management practices.
- Engage stakeholders and align with business goals.
- Integrate change management to support successful outcomes.
- Promote inclusive collaboration and minimize resistance to change.
Qualifications :
Project Management (Required)
- Proven experience leading complex projects using formal methodologies (e.g. PMP Prince2 and Agile).
- Leadership coordination and partner engagement skills.
- You will manage scope timelines budgets risks and communications across global teams.
- Experience with using project management tools and software.
- Inclusive approach to collaboration with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams.
Change Management (Required)
- Experience with change management principles and their integration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience facilitating transitions and driving adoption through inclusive communication and training.
- You will assess impacts develop strategies and mitigate risks related to change.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR Kotter Lewin McKinsey 7-S or AIM.
- Commitment to continuous learning in change management.
Technical Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with Go-to-Market Sales tools (CRM CLM CPQ) and related business processes.
- You will translate our needs into technical solutions.
Other Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including AI tools like Copilot.
- English fluency required; additional languages.
- 5 years of experience working across time zones and cultures in a global environment.
