Job Summary
- Oversee chefs and kitchen staff including hiring training and performance management.
- Promote a cooperative work environment to enhance productivity and employee morale.
- Monitor performance to ensure all kitchen procedures are followed.
- Prepare labor forecasts and weekly schedules adjusting as needed for business demands.
- Ensure the preparation of nutritious safe and appealing food adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment ensuring compliance with health guidelines.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and address complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and manage the kitchen budget monitoring food and labor costs.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections oversee staff assignments and implement corrective measures as needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in culinary related disciplines or equivalent vocational training certificate
- 10 years or aboveof culinary experience and preferably in hotels
- Well-versed in kitchen hygiene be innovativeand service-oriented
- Team player with good communication skills
