Job Summary

Executive Officer in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.: 534085) (to commence on February 1 2026 or as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totaling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelors or Masters degree with at least 4 years of work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably with fluency in Putonghua); the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently; good communication organizational and problem-solving skills; and proficiency in IT. They should be fast learners good team players attentive to details and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. The appointee will oversee the overall administration of academic programmes project management and perform any ad-hoc and non-routine tasks as required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
